How to Book Your Hen Weekend or Hen Night

It's as easy as one two three

Once you've decided on your perfect hen weekend or hen night package, either off-the-shelf or custom-made, all that's left for you to do is make the booking! We always recommend you book your hen weekend or hen night as early as you can — many of our locations are very popular and do get busy!

Call us to check availability for the hen weekend or hen night package you’ve chosen, or the one you’ve built.
All that’s required to secure your booking is a 2 person deposit (for the full amount) plus any optional insurance premiums you’ve decided to take and you will be sent your letter of confirmation. One of the advantages of choosing us is our flexible booking service which allows you to change group numbers up to 4 weeks before your departure date without any penalty. All we ask is that if your group numbers goes up or down by more than 2 people you keep us informed as we need to change the hotel reservation.
Four weeks before departure date give us final confirmation of the group number and just pay the full balance.

Deposits

Only a 2 person deposit for the total cost of the hen weekend or hen night (plus any optional insurance premiums taken) is needed to secure your booking up to the four weeks deadline after which full payment is required.

Payments can be made by:

Debit Cards - No charge will apply to payments made by debit cards.

Cheques - Are welcome with name and card number on the reverse.

Credit Cards - All major cards are accepted (excluding American Express, Transax and Diners). Payments by credit cards are subject to a 2.5% surcharge, which represents the charge we incurr for processing such payments.

Your package and money is safe as all clients' funds are held in a trust
account as per the Travel Trust regulations 1992.

Optional Extras

We can provide a cost effective insurance cover specially designed for Activitiy and Leisure Breaks. The policy provides the following benefits per person:

A copy of the full terms and conditions will be sent to you and are available on request. Please note that it’s your responsibility to ensure that the cover matches your requirements.

Late Bookings

If you’ve left it to the last minute or have been let down by another company, we’ll be glad to help you. Please don’t hesitate to call us for late availability. We can almost always offer Hen Weekends and Hen Nights in the UK at short notice!
