Booking a Hen Weekend and Activities

 

Once you've decided on your perfect hen weekend package, either off-the-shelf or tailor-made, all that's left for you to do is make the booking! We always recommend you book as early as possible - many of our destinations do get busy.

  1. Call 020 8133 6161 to check availability for your hen party package or single activities.
  2. All that's required to secure your booking is a 1 person deposit (per group) and you will be sent an email confirmation. Attendees can then start to pay their amounts seperately on-line, so no need to collect money from everyone. One of the advantages of choosing HenNites is our flexible booking system which allows you to change group numbers up to 6 weeks before your departure date without any penalties whatsoever. All we ask is that if your group numbers goes up or down by more than 2 people you keep us informed as we may need to change the hotel reservation. Also please bear in mind your activity minimum numbers.
  3. 6 weeks before departure date your final group numbers are required and just pay the full balance.

Deposits

Only a 1 person deposit (plus any optional insurance premiums taken) is needed to secure your booking up to the six weeks deadline after which full payment is required.

Payments can be made by:

Debit Cards - No charge will apply to payments made by debit cards.

Credit Cards - All major cards are accepted (excluding American Express, Transax and Diners). Payments by credit cards are subject to a 2.5% surcharge, which represents the charge we incur for processing such payments.

Bank Transfer - Please contact us for details

Your money is 100% safe

Your money (deposit and final balance) is put in a trust account until you have returned from your Weekend. This guarantees that any monies received are refundable in the unlikely event HenNites should cease trading.

Please note: ATOL offers no protection for Hen Weekends in the UK without flights. Your package booked with us is ABTA protected.

We can provide a cost effective insurance cover specially designed for Activitiy and Leisure Breaks. The policy provides the following benefits per person:

If you've left it to the last minute or have been let down by another company, we'll be glad to help you. Please don't hesitate to call us for late availability. We can almost always offer Hen Weekends and Hen Parties in the UK at short notice!
