Saturday - Pole Dancing
Pole dancing is a favourite hen party dance activity and continues to be one of the most popular choices for hen weekends. Your 2-hour session, held in a central Norwich venue is run by a trained dancer, so you'll learn many techniques and eye-catching spins, links and tricks all in one session. The class is reserved for your group only, in an all female environment, so a perfect place to leave your inhibitions behind. Start off with a warm up to loosen up those muscles then build your confidence on stage, deportment and body language along with all the sassy tricks. Activity based on minimum 10 people or more.
Saturday - Burlesque Hen Party
A glamorous 2-hour Burlesque Dance experience. Feel like a true Femme Fatale as you learn aspects of flirty Burlesque Dancing that includes walks, poses, moves using props such as boas and chairs with classic striptease (no nudity). The focus is on having fun, but you'll also learn a few moves that you can impress you other half with! Activity based on minimum 10 people or more.
Saturday - Bollywood Dancing
Try something different on your hen weekend learning a Bollywood dance routine with a qualified instructor. Your dance class lasts for approximately 2 hours and the routine incorporates dance moves to songs from Bollywood feature films. After warming up you'll be introduced to the props provided and build up to the full routine for showtime! This is a great activity, suitable for all shapes, sizes and abilities. Bring your cameras for photo opportunities! Activity based on minimum 10 people or more.
Saturday - Cheerleading
A fun filled cheerleading partywith funky pom-poms, cheerleading routines and sideline chants. Your trained instructor will get you warmed up, take you through some simple combinations before building up to a full routine during this 1.5 hour dance class. The emphasis is on having fun and feeling great, so even those with no experience can join in and have fun! Activity based on minimum 10 people or more.
Saturday Hen Party - Nightclub VIP Entry

How to book your Hen Weekend
To get your weekend started, please call HenNites with a deposit of £129 (this is your payment that covers the whole group on your best estimate of party size) to take advantage of our package price and availability.
No further deposits are required at any stage and we don't need final numbers or settlement until 6 weeks before your weekend date. There are no penalties should your numbers change up to the settlement date. You can pay the deposit by debit or credit card by calling us during our office hours.
We make it easy: Attendees can pay their amounts separately on-line with a personal login or by phone if they don't have internet access - so no need to chase anyone for their share.
