Pole Dancing is now the fastest growing group activity for Hen parties that combines pole dancing, lap dancing and is suitable for all shapes and sizes. Your 2-hour session is run by a trained dancer, so you'll get the best training and learn many techniques, poses and tricks all in one lesson! The class is reserved for your group and held in a light-hearted, all female environment. Take home some valuable moves Tips: we recommend you bring clothes that allow you to get a good grip on the pole, like hot pants, short sleeves and high heels. Saturday - Showgirls Hen Party
Imagine you're a star of a Broadway Show: learn a gorgeous showgirl routine with top hats, canes and feather boas during your 2-hour dance class! Taught by a fully qualified instructor you'll be welcomed and given an introduction before being taken through the format of the party. A full warm up is given to hit Broadway anthems before being introduced to the hats & canes and how to use them. You will also be taught how to walk like a star! The grand finale performance is then followed by photo opportunities - remember to bring your cameras! Activity based on minimum 10 people or more.
Saturday - Bollywood Dancing
Why not try something different on your hen weekend learning a Bollywood dance routine with a qualified instructor? This fun 2 hour session incorporates dance moves and songs from Bollywood feature films. After warming up you'll be introduced to the routine, using props that are provided. Learning step by step, you'll build up to a full showtime! This is a great activity, suitable for all shapes and abilities. Activity based on minimum 10 people or more.
Saturday - Cheerleading
Get funky with your pom-poms and learn fun cheerleading routines and customised sideline chants during your 1.5 hour dance class. Your professional choreographer will get you warmed up and take you through some simple cheers and combinations, before building up to a full routine. The emphasis is on having fun and feeling great, so even those with no experience can join in and have a great time! Activity based on minimum 10 people or more.

How to book your Hen Weekend
To get your weekend started, please call HenNites with a deposit of £125 (this is your payment that covers the whole group on your best estimate of party size) to take advantage of our package price and availability.
No further deposits are required at any stage and we don't need final numbers or settlement until 6 weeks before your weekend date. There are no penalties should your numbers change up to the settlement date. You can pay the deposit by debit or credit card by calling us during our office hours.
We make it easy: Attendees can pay their amounts separately on-line with a personal login or by phone if they don't have internet access - so no need to chase anyone for their share.
