Saturday - Pole Dancing
Pole dancing is a favourite hen party dance activity and continues to be one of the most popular choices for hen weekends. Your 2-hour session, held in a cental venue is run by professional dancer, so you'll learn many techniques and eye-catching tricks all in one lesson. The class is reserved for your group only, in an all female environment, so a perfect place to leave your inhibitions behind. Start off with a warm up to loosen up those muscles then build your confidence on stage, deportment and body language along with all the sassy tricks. Activity based on 10 or more people.
Saturday - Showgirls Hen Party
Imagine you're a star of a Broadway Show and learn a gorgeous showgirl routine with top hats, canes and feather boas! Taught by a fully qualified instructor you will be welcomed and given an introduction before being taken through the format of the party. A full warm up is given to all the hit "Broadway anthems" before being introduced to the props and how to use them. You will also be taught how to walk like a star! The routine includes hats, canes and/or feather boas, how to use them and includes patterns and formations. The Grand Finale performance is then followed by photo opportunities, so remember to bring your cameras. Activity based on 10 or more people.
Saturday - Bollywood Dance Hen Party
Try something different on your hen weekend learning a Bollywood dance routine with a qualified instructor. Your dance class lasts for approximately 2 hours and the routine incorporates dance moves to songs from Bollywood feature films. After warming up you'll be introduced to the props provided and build up to the full routine for showtime! This is a great activity, suitable for all ages, shapes and abilities. Saturday - Cheerleading Hen Party
Kick off your hen weekend with this fun filled cheerleading party! Get funky with pom-poms and learn cheerleading routines and sideline chants during your approximate 1.5 hour event, certain to come in handy on the dance floor later! Your professional choreographer will get you warmed up and take you through some simple cheers and combinations before building up to a full routine. The emphasis is on having fun and feeling great, so even those with no experience can join in and have fun! Activity based on 10 or more people.
Saturday - MTV Girl Band
A fun 1.5 hour pop dance session, held in a central Bournemouth private studio with a professional choreographer. Learn the routines of the hottest pop videos and imagine you're at the MTV Awards ceremony as you build up your fantastic performance piece to a medley of the sassiest tracks. You'll strut like Kylie and prowl like the Pussycat Dolls with a starring role for the Bride To Be! Activitiy based on 10 or more people.
Saturday hen night - Girlie Show
Male striptease show with cocktail reception, buffet dinner, seating for all, the most televised strippers and drag queen in UK performing live. After the show, meet and greet with the sexy dancers for photo opportunities. Free calendars, sashes for the hen, VIP Night Club Entry till 3am.

How to book your Hen Weekend
To get your weekend started, please call HenNites with a deposit of £159 (this is your payment that covers the whole group on your best estimate of party size) to take advantage of our package price and availability.
No further deposits are required at any stage and we don't need final numbers or settlement until 6 weeks before your weekend date. There are no penalties should your numbers change up to the settlement date. You can pay the deposit by debit or credit card by calling us during our office hours.
We make it easy: Attendees can pay their amounts separately on-line with a personal login or by phone if they don't have internet access - so no need to chase anyone for their share.
